who we are
About IRCA
The Isandovale Road Closure Association (IRCA) exists to promote the safety, stability, and security of all residents within the enclosure. In addition to managing road closures, IRCA relies on monthly household contributions to maintain and improve the area.
These contributions are essential. They fund security operations, support ongoing maintenance, and help protect property values throughout the community. A well-managed and secure neighborhood benefits every homeowner.
IRCA is governed by a committed committee serving entirely on a voluntary basis. Members receive no compensation and dedicate their personal time to ensure the neighborhood remains safe, organized, and well maintained.
Helping you be the hero
Our mission
To unite residents in a shared commitment to safety, accountability, and community well-being—building a secure, welcoming, and thriving Isandovale for all.
Our vision
A secure and vibrant neighborhood founded on trust, cooperation, and pride—where residents feel connected, property values are strengthened, and community spirit continues to flourish.
Origin
Our story
IRCA was established by residents who wanted more than security—they wanted a community that thrives. What began with road closures has grown into a coordinated effort that funds security patrols, addresses infrastructure issues such as potholes, and maintains public spaces by clearing overgrown areas.
Commitment
What distinguishes IRCA is the commitment behind it. The association is led entirely by volunteers who dedicate their personal time, without compensation, to ensure that every household benefits from a safer, well-managed neighborhood.
Contribution
With each new contributing household, IRCA becomes stronger. Together, we have built more than an enclosure—we have built a community that supports one another and invests in the long-term future of Isandovale.
